Unfortunately during the lash appointment they scratched my eye and I had to get an emergency optician appointment who diagnosed a corneal abrasion. I fed this back to Lash2Lash but unfortunately despite me telling them the diagnosis they told me that the redness and irritation was due to fumes from the glue. I would say for anyone who gets their lashes done if you do have lasting redness and irritation to seek advice from a doctor/optician.
