I had a lash lift and brow wax and tint and I am very disappointed with my eyebrows as I had grown them out to have them done and asked for only a tidy up and left with uneven brows and nearly all of my brows had been taken off. I am upset with this as I worked hard on growing them out before to have them waxed to be able to leave them and now I will need to put brow pencil on everyday until they grow back.

I didn’t like my first experience with another technician as much as the results didn’t meet my expectations and she didn’t discuss the shape with me before mapping it on my face, only after which makes less sense. But I decided to give the salon another try with Bella and I absolutely loved it! She actually discussed the shape with me first thing and delivered it nicely.

Aureija was very nice and accommodating. Decided to add another treatment mid session and as time allowed she was able to do so! Wax was painless but wish I had discussed shape a little more. Lashes are looking good so far! Will get a tint next time.
