Salon was immaculate and beautiful however the music wasn’t relaxing and it was quite cold. My lashes were a little too curly for my liking and my therapist didn’t do a consultation with me, she had no way to know if I had allergies or medical issues. Sadly the lashes only lasted 12 days, and started falling off after day one. I emailed with my concerns and was offered no reasonable solution (half price off my infill if I had 30% retention) I had no lashes left at this point.

Really love the treatment and the whole 'nap whilst getting your lashes done' theme. That said, 2 very slight down falls in my opinion:
- I found it odd that it was all in one room, so when I went in to get my patch test I was distributing a treatment, and the same happened during mine. Honestly, not really an issue, just had never been in a salon like that before.
- I don't think the treatment lasts as long as LVL which I have had perviously
