Firstly, Karolina does lashes so good. They last a decent time and always look great. However, there is not much customer service. Small things like I am not given a mirror to check out my lashes at the end or she never asked if I like my lashes or if they’re ok the end. These things do not effect the lashes as they are always done well but as customers part of the experience is good customer service which is lacking.

She knew exactly how I wanted my lashes even though it was my first time there, suggested ideas that would make the lashes more comfortable, area was very clean and tidy, and overall a wonderful experience.
