Great lashes and excellent experience! It was my first time doing eyelash extensions and I was a bit nervous, but Mila is lovely and professional, everything went very well! I will definetly come back.

Was a fine experience overall - the buzzer didn’t work so she had no idea I was already there and waited 20 minutes for my appointment. Seemed to rush through consultation as in, there wasn’t really one - just asked what style I wanted and didn’t really look at my existing lashes to see what style, shape, length would work best. Seemed to be a very one size fits all type thing. Lashes took an hour to apply and I think too much glue was used as spent a while trying to unstick my lashes at the end. Lashes are fine, if anything the individual lashes used are too thick and there were no alternatives, and my own lashes aren’t as long and strong enough to handle the weight of these so they are not lasting as long as they should be even after not getting them wet. Seemed to get defensive when I pointed out a couple of lashes were glued on my actual water line rather than lashes line. Fine experience but not sure I will return
