I had the exact same experience as other people - my booking time was changed via text message so I knew the phone number was correct but I’ve just turned up for my appointment and no-one was there and the phone going straight to voicemail. I have pre-paid so would request an immediate refund. This is not acceptable. Incredibly unprofessional.

I booked and paid for an appointment only to show up with no one there. Ming Lee attributed this to a family emergency but I can see others had this same problem so don't know what to think. Have asked for a refund and I am still waiting a week on....

I made a booking for today, it was accepted and payment was taken. Showed up on time and there was no one there, contacted on number of occasions but received no communication, very unprofessional.

She is so good that I fall asleep each time. Don't be in a rush to leave as she takes extra care when doing your lashes and does not rush you out for the next client. Excellent Service.

Had LVL and tint - really happy with the results. Keisha was really thorough and didn't rush the process. Two weeks on and I'm still really happy with the results!
