After many complications with the appointment (changing venue was understandable due to flooding, but the time was also changed twice with little notice) I was apprehensive. Unfortunately the treatment itself was also poor. I’ve had lash lifts at other salons without issue and been happy with the result, however after this treatment there was no discernible lift at all. Therapist acknowledged issues with the glue and solution and poor result but would not offer full refund. Disappointed.

After 36 years on this planet I finally know what it’s like to have GREAT eyebrows. Ming knows her stuff and uses quality products. I’ve NEVER had facial mapping done before my eyebrows and I really notice the difference. They are perfect for my face and really bring out my already gorgeous eyes. Thank you Ming x
