The lady who carried out the treatments was nice enough but the venue (in her home) was disgusting. I have never seen a treatment room so filthy and disorganised. I was not given a consultation and because I arrived late did not notice how unhygienic the room was until after my treatments. I would never have booked a treatment had I seen the room prior and I will not be booking again. Sort your room out and conduct yourself in a professional manner with standard health consultations!! A complaint to Treatwell has been submitted.
