The technician was great. I had not booked all the services I required on the day as I was unaware of the process (my first visit) but they managed to fit me in. Lovely people.

Nails were buffered so much one of the nails broke just 3 days later and when venue was contacted, they put the blame on my nails and asked money to fix it. Didn’t mind paying to fix it, but didn’t like their attitude, as no accountability from their side and just looking for extra money. They lost a client today.
