Laura gets it right every single time. I usually arrive with a very rough idea, and describe it to Laura & she brings the idea to life while combining her own creative style in the design . She is a very talented nail artist, pays attention to detail, also considers what is the healthiest way to take care of my nails & advises me where necessary. I struggle with anxiety, yet never feel awkward or pressured to talk there, but also feel completely comfortable can chat away to. Laura is the best.
