I was charged more than what I should have paid for a balayage. Wasn’t blended properly left with my hair all blotchy, streaky and just a mess. When addressing this issue I was told that my hair wouldn’t go blonde straight away and that I’d need to have a second sitting, however that’s not what I was complaining about I knew that my hair wouldn’t go from brown to white blonde in one sitting. I was unhappy about the mess of my hair. Had to go to another hairdressers to have fixed costing me more.

This is my second visit to Laura-Anne's. I'm a bit shy so conversation can be a bit hard for me but they made it pretty easy and didn't feel too pressured to talk. They cut my hair just the way I wanted it and they had a bit of a dance around whilst doing it which made it fun. Will be back again
