I'm a regular at this salon, and this time I didn't feel that the same attention was provided as other times. The cuticles weren't properly cut, so when the gel was applied, it didn't look nicely rounded. The manicure started chipping off a week after - usually it lasts fine 2-3 weeks. No hand cream and hand massage at the end, as other times. I'll be going back, based on the previous good experience I had in the past.
