I had booked Tommy but was given another technician without prior warning. The technician asked me how many coats of gel I wanted for my manicure, which I think they should have been able to judge for themselves. Unfortunately the manicure chipped within a few days, which has not happened before with a manicure from Laura’s. Normally they last for weeks! Pedicure was great, however - couldn’t fault it.
