Staff were very pleasant and flexible agreeing to see me earlier than my booked time. The treatment (gel polish removal ) was excellent value but I should have booked something a bit more expensive which included a manicure.

Took 3 hours for a take off and fresh set, the nails did not look like I wanted; too thick (after telling the staff 3 times I wanted them thin), completely wrong shape and colour, was sat waiting in the chair with tips on and no shape for over an hour. Chips, bumps and bubbles in the polish and to top of it off, went home with wet nails as they switched off the dryer.
