Took 3 hours for a take off and fresh set, the nails did not look like I wanted; too thick (after telling the staff 3 times I wanted them thin), completely wrong shape and colour, was sat waiting in the chair with tips on and no shape for over an hour. Chips, bumps and bubbles in the polish and to top of it off, went home with wet nails as they switched off the dryer.

I booked the first appointment of the day and was seen to straight away. My refill was done quickly and I am happy with the service I received. Was in and out in less than an hour which was great.
