Was told when I arrived that they were really late (about 1h) and no apology about that. My mani/pedi were then really really rushed (like 30 minutes in total when it says online that it’s a one hour treatment), technician was really in a rush and things were a bit painful as a result and the attention to detail was inexistant (very little work on my cuticules etc). Booked this because I wanted to have a relaxed afternoon and it ended up being a rushed process that I did not really enjoyed.
