Really really poor time management. I was waiting nearly 45 minutes despite having an appointment, and with no apology or explanation. The manager kept adding people to the waiting list regardless. Nail techs were great but seemed really overworked; one of them was doing 3 sets of nails at a time at one stage.

I had an amazing callus peel which completely transformed my poor feet in super smooth and decent ones. The girl who provided me with this service was really nice, welcoming and absolutely professional. I will definitely come back.
