I was seen 20 minutes late despite having an appointment - no apology or explanation. The young man kept filing one of my nails diagonally and repeatedly laughed in my face for asking him to correct it. They charge extra for removing any acrylic/gel you're already sporting, unlike most salons in the area. They don't have a card machine and asked me for a bank transfer since I didn't have any cash on me! Manicure was fine after much correction but this is a baffling way to run a business.
