Tremendous commitment to overcoming my leg problems and overall well-being since suffering Covid a few weeeks ago, especially with a head massage to send me home with. Laura focused a lot on my injured leg and the other one but still managed to provide an overall benefit with my back and arms, as well as releasing the stress inside my head from such a nasty virus. Puts me in great shape for my up-coming holiday and kick-starts my exercise regime which has certainly taken a back-seat!
