A lovely relaxing full body massage cut short. The massage itself fabulous but it didn’t last an hour. As I rolled onto my back the front of my shoulders weren’t massaged which is unusual and I was told it the massage was over 10min early at 3.20pm.

Last minute appointment for facial waxing. Strip wax used, personally I prefer hot wax as it gets finer hairs better. Lighting in the room wasn't great, think an additional led light or headlight would help the beautician.
