Worst wax I had experienced. I been there previously with a different therapist and it was ok, used different wax (strawberry colour). This time a younger therapist used a chocolate color wax which was awful. It stuck to my skin and she struggled to pull it off, felt like tearing my skin off. She tried heating up the wax improved a little but still not great. When it was done I still have wax stuck to my skin and had a blisser the following day. Not sure if the issue is the therapist or the wax
