Lauren didn’t seem to take much off my hair. She then blow dried it straight when I asked for bouncy. (I told her I didn’t like it straight when I first arrived.)
She then tried to wand it to add some curl, but it wouldn’t take on one side. Had to use straighteners when I got home to try to get it looking right.
A cut & blow dry was expensive-I usually pay £25 & this was £35.
On a positive note, Lauren was very friendly & the salon was lovely.
