Really happy with the colour and cut. Had a full head of highlights, which look lovely. Had a cut by a graduate who seemed to still be perfecting her sectioning and cutting skills so took a little longer. However still very happy with her end result. Staff all seemed friendly, not overly chatty which suited me. Very nice experience. Would use again.
Good salon, great value and a consultattive approach by stylist who gave me a great cut.
I booked a whole head colour and blowdry which changed to roots coloured and highlights and cost me extra for a toner that did nothing - almost £90 by the end and no hair cut!! I specifically said I did not want blond streaks and was told caramels would lighten my hair. I was not impressed and would not go back as have had to go dark again to colour the awful straw blond streaks. Staff were friendly though.

Had a really good experience at this salon. My stylist was lovely and the haircut is exactly what I asked for. She gave me her opinion throughout and was confident to tell me when things wouldn't work which was great.
I must however, comment on the professionalism of other staff members. It look sometime for me to be greeted at the front desk- and once I was, I had to repeat who I was- and who my appointment was with various times to different people - before I was finally introduced to my stylist. During this time, I was not invited to take seat (waiting seats all taken, but salon seats available) and I could hear staff members saying my name.
All in all - I would go back to the salon, but only for the particular stylist that I had.
