Warm welcome from Lauren. Pkg can be an issue with customers going to the Co Op next door. Made daughter feel comfortable and asked me how I would like my 10 year old’s hair to be cut & listened to what I said. Washed her hair, cut to the style we described and did a thorough job, not rushed at all. Daughter was pleased with the style and she felt happy, sadly, we later noticed that one side of the cut was disproportionate to the other and looked odd. Called back, sorted it out the next day.TY
