Due to the recent cold weather I had been hunching my shoulders and neck at work, which then caused discomfort around the area. I made an appointment for a massage in order to ease the pain. Beata listened to my concerns and proceeded with my massage with checking in regularly with the level of pressure and comfort during the procedure, whilst catching up on what’s going on.
Tension and pain ease around the neck and shoulder area, I also felt relaxed and refreshed too. Beata is a gem 💎

Very happy with my experience at La Vanya - Nicole was very welcoming and took time to discuss what I wanted in terms of colour and cut. I was very pleased with the result. I was also kept supplied with cups of tea and shortbread! Would recommend.
