It is always lovely to see Elena as she is very pleasant. I enjoyed my treatment but there are a couple of things I would like to comment on. My hand massage was missed out but I do believe it was a genuine mistake. I also would say that the music in the main area needs to be turned off as you can hear it above the music in the treatment room.

The manicure is not very good and has big gaps where polish should be. My eyebrows have not been done well at all. Really loud Xmas music playing which was very off putting.
