The venue is pleasant and clean and Elena is lovely. I booked eyelash tint and hand massage plus full body. I do feel a little hard done by though as you don't get that extra hand masage due to getting a full body! Tiny little things for me would improve the experience e.g. Massage to every finger tip and holding the moment for 5 seconds longer, the same applies for the last massage on back. It can feel a little rushed if this doesn't happen.

The venue was great, I was seen quickly and the whole process was very efficient. I felt the manicure was slightly rushed at the edges, as one of them bubbled within a day.
