Was really nervous about bikini waxing but they used which meant it was really quick, less painful and not so bad. Ladies waxing was well done. Lovely place and clean facilities.

overall happy with my actual treatment of full arm wax and eyebrow threading but the venue and staff need a little more understanding of customer service and the place needed a clean. it was also pin drop silent which doesn't make for a salon experience.
