I had 2 treatments by 2 different members off staff. when i arrived the first lady was on her personal phone talking away. the room wasn't ready and i wasn't asked to fill in a form or even if i had any allergies. The room was very small and she had to keep moving the bed while I was laying on it for a relaxing massage which meant it wasn't relaxing. the room was also so cold and although i mentioned how cold i was nothing was done regarding it. so again i was unable to relax. the next therapist took over for the second part of my treatment and she was great. heating was turned on and she was very friendly. can't say ill be coming back as i expected a better service and treatment.
