Convenient little salon located right next to North Harrow station and opening until after office hours (7pm). Whilst the treatment was fine I payed for both arms and underarms but was told that I had only paid for arms. Since I was short of time I didn't create a fuss (plus its super cheap). I would only suggest that the cleanliness is improved as used wax strips were chucked into an open bin (not something anyone wants to see). Also I wasn't given privacy to get ready as the therapist was in the room with me which was slightly awkward. I did however find the therapist helpful and friendly which made things more comfortable. Overall this is an OK salon if you want something done quickly but don't expect any luxury here.
