I told the lady who served me that it was my first time getting a hollywood wax and I was nervous, she was nice and made me feel relaxed. She told me that she's going to stop before she was done, as my skin didn't react well to it, which I thought was very thoughtful of her, and booked me in on a later date to finish it off so my skin can recover. 10/10 for caring

The salon is in a good location and easy to get to. The staff are friendly.
However, the facial was very disappointing. No pre-treatment checks were done or questions asked on sensitivity of skin, etc. Instead, cleanser was slapped on . The beautician failed to clean my skin properly after each portion of the treatment. The steam was not used for more than one minute, making the extraction redundant. The beautician failed to clean the exfoliator off my skin properly, which meant by skin was grainy with exfoliation beads still on my skin when I left. The only bit that was okay, was the mask because she left that on for a full 15 minutes while she could go out the room and do something else. There was no care or attention given to the treatment.
The callus treatment was fine. I don't have anything to compare this to as it was my first experience. It really annoyed me that the lady next to be in the salon kept butting in while I was having my treatment. However, Treatwell ripped me off because the salon's price list said £7, while Treatwell charged me £15! Not impressed Treatwell!
