I had a very good experience, hair stylist is very professional and patient. I am very happy with the result. its been the best hair cut for a long time. highly recommended.
The salon is near the station, and so easy to get to. There's parking on side roads, such as, Argyle Street which is good.
The salon is small and has a nice feel.
One of the co-owners was there. She seems lovely.
I was surprised to be told that I needed to pay £5 extra because my roots were longer than what the £25 would cover. I didn't see anything written about root length when I booked.
I booked and was asked to reschedule as the hairstylist wasn't in when I booked. I then asked to change the appt to a little later on during the day, but waited over 20 minutes before the treatment started.
Before I was seated, the lady used a hairdryer to remove the hair (from a haircut), but it went behind her, near where I was waiting to be seated, so I had to get out of the way to avoid my feet being covered with it.
The stylist was quite careless with the dye and got it on my face in several places. She used the lotion to remove it, but missed bits on my forehead, neck, and ear. She then had another appointment, so I was left with no alternative but to interrupt the co-owner and ask her to remove the colour before it stained.
Maybe I caught them on an 'off' day. I can't be sure.
Unfortunately the hairdresser didn't listen to my request for just trimming my layers. Instead she completely ruined it and cut my top layer so short I look like loose when my hair dries. Really annoyed by this.
The massage was mediocre.
