Another great pedicure from Lavendar look. The ladies have great attention to detail. I have started having the callous peel treatment every other pedicure and my feet haven't felt so good in ages...thank you ladies

I had a lovely surprise when I went into get my nails re-done... The new owner had bought a new colour in a tone that I would love! I had gone through all the other tones .. I wasn't expecting it and it made my day. Such a nice thought.
If you haven't tried this salon before, please give them a go, the staff go out of their way to help
I really love the location of this sale, it's so close to home and the fact they are open on a Sunday is such a bonus.

I'd been to this salon on a couple occasions about six years ago, when it was known as Ami's. They gave me pretty good haircuts then, but at one appointment a stylist cut my neck and at another the woman washing my hair dumped water down my back, so for the sake of self-preservation I quit going. However, I heard that the place had since changed ownership, and since it's very convenient to my house I decided to give it another try. My appointment went about 1000% better than the previous ones in that I did not come away from it physically injured, but I was also very pleased with it on its own merits.
There's not much the owners could do to disguise the fact that the salon is in a low-rent parade of shops in West Harrow, but they'v'e given it a fresh coat of paint and removed some clutter, so the interior is much cheerier than it used to be. I had my hair cut in the front of the shop, and assume that other beauty treatments are given in the back.
Both members of staff that I met were friendly and welcoming. The stylist who cut my hair was very quiet except for an occasional bit of small talk. I generally consider this a good thing, but was a little concerned about whether she'd understood what I wanted done with my hair. I needn't have worried, because she gave me exactly the cut I was looking for. She also didn't try to sell me lots of products or extra treatments, which is a huge bonus.
As might be expected for the price, this salon provides a fairly basic service. If feeling pampered when you have your hair cut is a big deal for you, then it probably shouldn't be your top choice (although perhaps the experience is different for those getting facials or massages). But if you want a good haircut without a lot of fuss or expense, then I can recommend it. I will probably be going again.
