I got the muscle melt. Carlos was expert and very professional, and even though the muscle melt is meant to be remedial, the ambiance was very relaxing. My only criticism is of the disposable paper layer on the massage tables, over the towels, rather than just towels.

The male therapist was very good and experienced. I did a Swedish massage but it actually looked like a deep tissue massage. I highly recommend it.

I arrived on time I had booked my appointment and was told it was booked half an hour later which is not what my treatwell booking was saying. So I got back half an hour later and still had to wait 20 min. as the treatment room was not ready. I was offered to have my foot massage where the pedicure is done but I declined as I preferred laying on the bed.

I was surprised to know the massage was done by a man not a women (which I don't have problem) but expected a woman or at least to be informed prior. Also the massage was good but much more a sports/therapeutic massage than aroma/relaxing massage. The massage movements were very similar and a bit boring/monotonous.
