Avoid, left me waiting 40 mins
It did not take even an hour.
In this time she took 3 calls, opened the door.
Not once washed or sanitised her hands.
It looks like I need a refill already.
Odd and missed loads.

My lashes fell off two days after the treatment. The therapist gave me a pink eye and asked if I could go to have them redone. When I got there at my second appointment, she was not there and called me saying she couldn’t do my lashes as the building was closed. When I asked for a refund she said she couldn’t do it as it was mentioned on her policy, but the policy she has never stated any of that. She is now avoiding my texts asking for proof of her venue policy.
