Not particularly friendly when I entered the venue. No smiles.
I had a deep cleansing facial and the beauty therapist failed to steam, which was meant to be included. She did apologise and said she’d do it next time. Apparently she didn’t do it because some of my skin was dry. She also put the big light on before she had finished the facial.
On a positive, she did ask if the pressure was ok etc.
Overall it was ok, but I wouldn’t be keen to go back again.
