Eyelash removal- so I knew it wasn’t going to the most pleasant treatment on offer. But the technician talked on her phone the whole time whilst treating my eyelashes. This made me feel more anxious. Also I have a small scratch under my eye from her nail. So strange to provide a service then chat in another language on your phone the whole time. How was I supposed to feel at ease or that she was at least giving me her full attention
