When I first arrived, I was greeted with blank faces, like the staff was unaware of my appointment. I was asked to wait and as I did, another customer who walked in was brought straight through. The facilities are atrocious. The shop is freezing and the rooms are dirty and poorly decorated. My armpits were waxed in all different directions so my hair is probably going to grow back weird. The massage was bad, I was just slathered with oil and rubbed, I could have done that myself.
