The manicure didn't last the day, it chipped the same afternoon on several nails. The pedicure was good though. The atmosphere wasn't relaxing as one of the staff had her 3 year old boy with her and the noise/screaming didn't make for a relaxing time. The staff are really friendly, but I won't be going back there again.
I love coming here and have been for years. The ladies who work here are friendly and professional. I love their shellac manicures and eyebrow threading and think they're the best at doing these things in the local area. I always leave this salon feeling fabulous. Thanks everyone at Bhavi Beauty.
So bottom line is avoid.
If you’re a new customer, or someone that’s had issues before and is thinking about going back to see if things have changed or better, take it from me it’s a lot worse, not worth your money or worth risking you brows - I learnt the hard way. Spend it where you will get the cleanliness, customer service, and quality.
Also if you’re in Ealing there’s a new salon that’s opened up by HSBC bank which actually looks like it has potential.
