Took 3 hours (twice as long as stated - some additional time ok due to removal but 1.5 hours is too much), cut both my foot & hand when doing cuticles, varnish had to be redone on both big toes plus base coat for mani removed & filing redone as done so poorly first time. Terrible experience. Paid £50 to reflect removal plus having some varnish but never returning. Shame as use to be really good.

I have always come here for my waxing and threading and I love it. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I had body scrub done the first time though and it was great, but I was a little disappointed with the shower area because it was dirty and the shower head’s rest is broken.

I arrived at 17.15 promptly. I was asked to take a seat and wait. At this time there were no customers in the salon, just 2 staff members chatting. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I then noticed that one of the staff was asking to get her face waxed so the other girl started to do this.After almost 20 mins of waiting and watching staff laugh and joke and basically ignore me, I enquired about my appointment. I was told "oh sorry only that girl can do it". That girl being the girl who had greeted me, was now too busy to do my scheduled appointment time as she was looking after another staff member. After being left to wait another 5 minutes and clearly after my query had ruffled some feathers, I was shown into a room to change. As I was changing, the door to the room was swung open with no knock (luckily I was the only customer!) I then changed as instructed and waited in the tent. Another 5 minutes waiting semi naked, the appropriate lady showed up. At this point the lady burst out laughing as rather than the tanning machine being set up, someone had set up (I kid you not) a vacuum cleaner. After shrieks of laughter outside while I was again left waiting, the lady finally returned. The tan was applied with little if any care, after which I was handed the drier and told, stand there amd dry yourself until I come back. I did so, all the while wondering when she would return so I could turn off this machine I had no idea how to operate. And also as I had advised them I had another appointment elsewhere that I was running late for. After being left for 10 minutes, I found the plug for the machine. I switched it off, got dressed and left. Totally unprofessional, unpleasant and uncaring service. Will avoid in future. Lets just hope my tan isn't as bad as the service.
