Horrible experience. The electric file was used roughly and painfully, to the point that I was reflexively pulling my arm back...and I was blamed many times for having “too thick” gel. They never checked if I had base gel before starting, then half way through the session said they don’t remove it. The process was careless (often catching my skin!), painful, and left my nails visibly damaged (confirmed by my usual technician. Every single one of my healthy nails is damaged.). AVOID AT ALL COST.
