I will rate this Salon/steam room 3.5 stars. The Salon at first impression was nice. Staff were a little reserved, no conversation. No one took my name nor did I get any of theres. I was asked to wait for 10 mins or so as they had to turn the steam room on (app'nt was at midday!) looks as though someone had to run and clean it before I was called to the treatment room. I was lead in and told I could lock the door, given a towel and that was it. No guidance, nothing!
