I will never go back. Terrible experience. I rang to confirm that I was on my way & asked if it was still ok to come although I’d forgotten my voucher. They said yes, but when I arrived, they made a big fuss about it & I had to get my partner to send a picture of the voucher. It continued to be a massive palaver for another 5-10min before I finally got in the treatment room. Room was freezing, water on flannels going on my face was freezing & loud building work could be heard. Not relaxing at al
