The salon staff were not very professional, nor was the service quality. The technicians squabbled in front of customers and were just very sloppy in their approach to customer service. My Technician and used her own nails as tools rather than cleaning up the application properly. I was concerned about hygiene also as I saw no cleaning between clients!! The photos on the app do not reflect the salon and must be out of date. I was hopeful but shall not be returning
