The venue was not a clean as I had hoped. the treatment it self was poorly done. Nail polish was left around my feet, the polish was applied poorly and unevenly. you can see the streaks from where the paint was applied and missing parts. When asked for it to be cleaned it was done very quickly and still polish was left around the feet. Whilst having my treatment I was sat inbetween two other customers and the constant chat from the technicians to the client next door to me was uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. There was constant talking from the staff across the room which was unnerving. The tools were not cleaned well-washed in a sink for the next customer. The pedicure basin next door to me was not clean- scum streaks around the basin. I would not attend here again.
