Everyone is so kind and lovely, I was really anxious about having my nails done as I’ve got quite small finger and toe nails but the lovely lady made me feel great. 100% recommend and will be returning!!!

Nice pedicure, friendly staff but the massage chair was pretty uncomfortable.

Had a full body wax. Pretty dreadful result.
The bikini was wonky, one side went almost to the middle line and the other just to the knicker edge. I had to repair damage myself when I went home.
The underarms are burnt, a week on and I still have deep brown marks from the wax.
I will not be coming back.

1st of all be professional chatting away to other staff and no concern for the client in there own language. Cutting corners on the treatment to speed up treatment time,because they can't be bothered..(another client told me this as she understands the language she said it in) can't believe this!! Then applying the products so badly.. It didn't even give the results as it was half on only.. 😒so sloppy. Then having to reapply the nail polish due to the therapist not taking off the product the nail polish and then nail polish come off as it can't dry.. So angry what a waste of my money.. .. And also witnessing poor cleaning methods.. Little did they knw I was a qualified therapist...
Though I'd treat myself 😕 so not a treat 2 hours of horid treatment 🙄
Avoid this place they don't know what there doing nor are the clean..
Someone senior needs to sort this place out..
