I did my Pedicure on Sunday with one of the beautician who was clearly not interested in doing the procedure. She kept chatting non-stop with the girl beside her and many times - totally just stopped doing what she was doing to my foot as she was so busy chatting. She weakly massaged one foot but did not bother massage the other. She filed the skin off my foot - but not the other. I was so fed up with her behaviour that I actually eye-rolled and sighed a big sigh of frustration half way through her chatting. It was so obvious her mind was not on the work. I should have complained to the lady boss who was sat at the cashier - but I did not as I didn't want to create a scene. To be fair - the other ladies who were doing Pedicures - looked really diligent and were doing their work and seemed hardworking - I just got really unlucky and got the worst one!
The women carrying out the treatment & the over staff were all very friendly. However the wax was not very satisfactory, a lot of hair was this left after the treatment

Felt rushed. Appt time was accurate. Spray was ok hands and feet were very patchy and over processed. Spent 2 days scrubbing it of my hands and feet.
