The staff were lovely, my appointment was on time and the ambience was relaxed and happy. The service was comfortable and the results were fine, but not perfect - the lines around my nails are a bit wobbly, I noticed some of the shellac wasn't fully removed on parts of the nails before the new polish was put on top and I can see where the second coat doesn't quite cover the first coat in places. I'm confident if I'd brought this to their attention they would have amended it happily, I just didn't have the energy or time to worry about it. They did happily fix the shape of my nails where I said the filing had left them a little rough. I'd still recommend them and would happily go back.

Very professional from start to finish. The overall tan colour is lovely and natural.

Golden glow facial at Bhavi is highly recommended. Arpita did my facial and she is very efficient.
