Exactly what I looked for in my treatment, but service could be improved by having a conversation with the customer rather than your colleagues.

Nice treatment, really happy with my pedicure and the lady who did it was lovely. Only negative about my experience would be that the staff were constantly laughing and talking in their own language, which can be seen as patronising for customers who don’t understand the language, as they won’t understand what is being said or laughed at. I actually understood every word as my home language is the same; and can say some of the conversations were awkward and not professional to be having in front of customers. I’m sure the conversations wouldn’t have taken place if they were to have been spoken in English.
Pedicure
I had a Brazilian wax and it wasn't painful at all. The beautician was competent and kind. However, I would have appreciated her removing the remaining short hair with tweezers and the shape wasn't super accurate.

I love the waxing here, it's always brilliant and very quick but I do have a small complaint. I have been coming here for a while but everytime I come, i get charged a different amount of money even though i book online through Treatwell where it should be £25 I never end up paying that. I always end up getting charged more and the amount differs depending on who does the waxing. Sometimes I get charged an extra £5 which I have never complained about because it's always a good job but this time I got charged £35 for my Brazilian, which is the same price as a Hollywood and a whole £10 over what it says it costs online when I booked it. I don't think this is fair to customers. There is no point having the Treatwell booking system if they don't stick to the price that is on it. My brazilain should cost the same everytime but instead I go not knowing what I am going to pay and it never should of been the same price as a Hollywood! If the pricing could be sorted out and be consistent, I would appreciate it.

The manicure was fairly good. The staff were quite friendly but they spoke amongst themselves alot, but not in English and laughed which made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. Unfortunately I won't rush back.
