I love the waxing here, it's always brilliant and very quick but I do have a small complaint. I have been coming here for a while but everytime I come, i get charged a different amount of money even though i book online through Treatwell where it should be £25 I never end up paying that. I always end up getting charged more and the amount differs depending on who does the waxing. Sometimes I get charged an extra £5 which I have never complained about because it's always a good job but this time I got charged £35 for my Brazilian, which is the same price as a Hollywood and a whole £10 over what it says it costs online when I booked it. I don't think this is fair to customers. There is no point having the Treatwell booking system if they don't stick to the price that is on it. My brazilain should cost the same everytime but instead I go not knowing what I am going to pay and it never should of been the same price as a Hollywood! If the pricing could be sorted out and be consistent, I would appreciate it.

The manicure was fairly good. The staff were quite friendly but they spoke amongst themselves alot, but not in English and laughed which made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. Unfortunately I won't rush back.
