First time visiting Bhavi Beauty, and had a good experience. Parm was a wonderful lady who made sure I was comfortable (37 weeks pregnant) for my waxes and did a thorough job despite my awkward positions! Very sweet and chatty too. My only complaint would be the treatment room was a little tatty - marks on the wall and not decorated well. Will go again.

Staff conversing amongst themselves. Therapist had a can't be bothered attitude and very distracted. Very disappointed, waste of money whole experience was awful. Slap dash job done, wasn't filing properly the edges of the skin had vanish on it and the worst was the next day had 6 nails with paint come off. 3 days later half of it has come of my nail thumb. Found the whole experience stressful and a waste of money. Never again.

the lady was very friendly. she made me feel comfortable. they also used a red wax for my bikini line which is the least painful wax that has ever been used on me. very happy.
