Really disappointed in my nails, first of all the therapist scraped off my previous gel instead of leaving them longer to soak off with acetone, this in turn damaged my nails and was actually painful. I am so disappointed in this service as my nails have chunks missing and feel uneven the damage will take a long time to repair.
The choice of colours to choose from was pretty poor.
Lastly the gel was done poorly, its lumpy uneven and already starting to peel after just two days. Far too many layers were applied and it was done in such a rush.
I really wouldn't recommend this along for nails and will not be returning.
Gel Nails Manicure
Perfect sauna experience! Been looking for a place like this for ages and found it ideal value. The only thing that wasn’t perfect is the toilet and shower were not spotlessly clean. That’s a shame but a fairly minor thing when the sauna is so good. I’ll be back often!

I booked an appointment the week before and event that I had to attend. I wanted to get my nails done for event and get some papering. But when I arrived ontime I said to the lady at the reception.. that I have an appointment at 11am. She was like take a seat. Not like what’s your name, what are you having done?
It was taking forever I had to wait 15mins to be seen. I didn’t have a particular amount of time to be waiting around. I had a lot of things to do as it being my day off.
Then finally someone took me to the pedicure section. Then she was like what do you want nail and polish or a proper one when they take longer. She didn’t have a clue what I booked in for. Now the relaxing experience was no longer there. I was very shocked and horrified about there service that I received when I entered and left. I was a regular customer to this beauty place getting various of things done. But I wouldn’t be returning, lack of organisation, communication. I work in Luxury retail and it’s a shame that it’s not there at this place.
